Dr. Carrie Hicks

Dr. Carrie Hicks has been practicing as a Registered Doctoral Psychologist in Saskatchewan for over 20 years. Dr. Hicks completed her Doctoral training at the U of S (Saskatoon) and her Residency at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital (Edmonton), before moving to Prince Albert in 2002 to accept a position as Neurodevelopmental Specialist (SHA) that she continues to provide now on a part-time basis.
Dr. Hicks opened her private practice in 2011, and joined the Oasis Mental Health consortium in 2023. Dr. Hicks provides assessment of a range of mental health conditions, including depression and PTSD, ADHD and intellectual disabilities. She also provides specialized treatment to adults for trauma/PTSD using approaches that include Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Trauma Focused CBT.
Dr. Doug Jurgens

Dr. Doug Jurgens has been practicing as a registered doctoral Psychologist in Saskatchewan for over 30 years. He completed his Doctoral training in clinical psychology at the U of S (Saskatoon) and his Residency at Alberta Hospital Edmonton. Dr. Jurgens practiced in the public mental health system for 22 years, serving as the Director of Child and Youth Services at the Prince Albert Mental Health Centre between 1994 and 2012.
Dr. Jurgens opened his private practice in 2012, providing rehabilitation psychology services to patients with physical and mental health injuries. In 2023, Dr. Jurgens joined the Oasis Mental Health consortium, where he provides a range of psychological treatment and assessment services to youth and adult patients.
Dr. Michelle Conan

Dr. Michelle Conan (pronounced: kunn’-a) has been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist in both Manitoba and Saskatchewan since 2018. Dr. Conan completed her Doctoral training at the U of S (Saskatoon) and then a specialized Residency in Rural Psychology practice at the University of Manitoba, before accepting a position with their Clinical Health Psychology department’s rural team in Dauphin, MB.
Dr. Conan opened her private practice in 2022, and joined the Oasis Mental Health consortium in 2023. She provides both psychological assessment and treatment services to children, youth, and adults. Dr. Conan’s clinical interests include the assessment of ADHD, intellectual disabilities and complex mental health concerns, and the treatment of anxiety, PTSD, and OCD.
Mr. Mark Zulkoskey

Counselling Services
Mr. Mark Zulkoskey has been practicing as a Registered Social Worker in Saskatchewan since 2015. He chose to pursue graduate education and completed his MSW at the University of Regina in 2023. Mr. Zulkoskey also works in the public service, where he supervises Social Work staff and provides individual and group supervision.
Mr. Zulkoskey opened his private practice and joined the Oasis Mental Health consortium in 2024. He provides couples and family counselling, as well as individual counselling to children, youth, and adults. Mr. Zulkoskey assists his clients with developing self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth, and the optimal development of personal resources. His clinical interests include relationship infidelity, grief and loss, and living with chronic mental health conditions. Mr. Zulkoskey also has special interest in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and FASD) and in the application of Trauma-Focused CBT.
